Site Inspections
We will schedule individual or group site inspections of hotels,
convention centers, meeting and event venues, activity and
entertainment facilities and shopping locations.
Bids/Proposals
To assist in meeting planning, our staff will compile available
dates and rates from selected facilities.
Welcome Bags
Weddings held in Columbus are provided welcome bags for each
out-of-town guests.
Official Greeting
Columbus is eager to welcome you and your participants to our
friendly city. We will arrange an official welcome by a local
